Redbook - does it matter?

With economy all over the world is so laggard that to push any more drugs would require Redbook violations. So, my questions is - are there any Redbook violations? Or, simply people are acceptably afraid to blow the whistle for loss of everything? If image and brand-name is everything, is Lilly holding up to the average standards, or just because Pfizer, GSK or Merck does poor at ethics, we can allow "certain" lapses in our ethics and then blame on inividual ethics violations? What do the DM have to say..

Firstly, who gives a shit about what DM's have to say about anything?

Secondly, Lilly has no standards or ethics.

Poke a fork in it.....Lilly is done.

It only matters when HR & executive leadership wants it to. They ignore it if there is enough money involved. For the menial workers it always matters as Lilly is always looking for a reason to can more people, especially if it means getting rid of someone before pension eligibility (age).

True. The CIA required by the DOJ did not require such draconian measures, which delve into every aspect of work and personal life. It's just part of the Lilly game. You are guilty and should feel guilty as long as you are employed by Lilly, and even thereafter for a very long time. Some say, it's like a pact with the devil, your very soul gets whooshed up by that sucking sound. Sure there will be money, there will be plenty of money -- Al Pacino.
