Heads Up! It is surprising Neurocrine hired this person considering how much she’s bounced around. She was with her last company as a mgr only three short months. This person has missed her calling in life as she’d be much better suited as a IRS Auditor than a pharma mgr. There is not much personality there. If she gets the opportunity to toss someone under the bus she goes for it. Be prepared for some heavy duty micromanaging and conference calls that will accomplish very little because she can’t stick to an agenda and never seems to have any answers. You would assume by her age and (resume) she’d be better at leading people than she is but she just doesn’t have the skill set. Its also very apparent she’s not been in the field as a rep for years if ever. This is not a manager who motivates or inspires reps.or engages with customers. This is a manager who thinks it’s her job to take notes during sales calls so she can fill out a checklist and she doesn’t know there isn’t one.
