Hiring a Recruiting Team to place quality candidates for any sales force is invaluable. I am disappointed some of these companies hire unreliable recruiters that do not respond, do not follow up, and weeks go by and zero communications. Do these companies know this? I know at least 20 people (talented and high ranked people) in the industry choosing to not continue in processes because of terrible recruiters. Although company may look good, the reflection of recruitment disinterests candidates and the top tier candidates move to faster reliable opportunities.
