Please name a few companies that are better. I've been at quite a few and it's the same deal everywhere. Like anything else in life, this gig is what you make of it.

I hope you are kidding. Actually, I hope you're serious. One less applicant for a position. I am going to guess this is your first or second job in pharma... most likely most experience being in primary care

I have been at four pharma companies and ONLY Shire has the two most classless, lying, conniving leaders like Kathy and Perry. Worst of the worst.

This is absolutely true. A couple years ago I got a call from a well known recruiter in pharma and he asked "what the hell is going on over there at Shire?" He went on further to say that the cattle call interview days that Kobe instituted were leaving a bad impression with people who came through the process.
 












I was interviewing recently and the interviewer told me he wasn't even going to ask me why I wanted to leave. He said he'd interviewed enough Shire reps recently to know why. We are the joke of the industry.

Gee I wonder why Kathy doesn't put the lawsuits she's had against her on her career timelime? It seems like those may be her biggest accomplishments.
 






I got a message on linked in from a recruiter earlier in the week and I spoke to them this morning. I can confirm that this person knows Shire is a disaster and she mentioned that on the call. Apparently other companies know too. The original post is 100% true.
