How this company get it's contracts is mind boggling. The recruiters are totally clueless and have no business trying to hiring professional healthcare sales people. Their follow up is terrible and that's stating it nicely. It's nothing more than knee jerk reaction to the projects they are being asked to staff. No wonder our workforce is a mess with the garbage we have working internally to fill open positions.

a recruiter tb is useless ...they work more with friends of friends than getting the best rep for the job....they just want a warm body so the contract will be paid.......
They do not have to lift 1 finger to find a exp rep ...like shooting fish in a drum due to all the downsizing.....that good for nothing generation does not know what hard work is.....

Absolutely useless, big pharma washed up losers who have no idea how to interview. Worst follow-up of any company I have worked with.

I agree but what do you expect from a company that works with Forest. I heard that the recruiters contact you by emails & phone. When you return their email & call....they don't respond back.
