If you are just now befinning your search, I wish you well, but you are behind the curve. Many people have lined up gigs and are leaving in January.
Don’t agree that many have things lined up for January, but virtually everyone is looking because it just sucks
As a result, people are giving about 50 %

If someone has a new position lined up in January, they probably aren't sharing it with other Sun employees.
I don't know why they wouldn't. I have never worked at a company where people were more open about looking to get out. Even management speaks about it.
Completely agree. And ‘employee engagement’ is an oxymoron.
Don't trust recruiters.
Look for small companies that want sales people, not robots. They are going to be in bigger cities, these better sales jobs, that is for sure.
Word of mouth, from people in your past are much more powerful than stupid linkedin.
I couldn’t agree more. I am in this mess because of a recruiter. I am spending the next three weeks watching the View, Dr. Oz and job hunting. This time I am blanketing biopharm with my resume.
Here is a simple prediction. 15% of the Ilumya sales group will be gone by our meeting in May. I think I’m being conservative with that number. The reason? Simply stated as poor management. Everything that is a mess falls under that.
I think that is a good conservative estimate. I think that number will actually be reached by the end of first quarter, if not sooner. MSL and FRM directors have all left. All other MSL's, FRM's and director's are interviewing constantly in an attempt to get out. The reps see it and know what's going on. I think the May number will be considerably higher. Every rep is aware of this situation and how bad it is. There are a few ostrich's in every group.
