I think this is par for the course for all Ventiv recruiters. They certainly have a very strange way of doing business, it sure doesn't make me want to work here. Not impressed.

Here I thought I was the only one. I have never dealt w/ a recruiter like this before. No calls, no emails, nothing after being interviewed ?? If I'm not the "right fit" that is fine, but to not communicate at all is just mind blowing to me.
