Don't do it..the only truth here is that the base is 75 and at plan is 157K. You will not make the 157K with the ever growing quotas that take place. You have 16 years with pharma, stay there, you will be disappointed that you gave up something good a real for smoke, mirrors and lies.

Read the 120 days at Zoll thread. You'll see everyone's perspective after a few months. The problem is at the top, and who they've trusted on the business side.
