Well said and it may be more fitting if this company changed its tagline from “focused on the few” which they all run around and talk about like it’s a biblical verse to something more appropriate like——
Focused on all the wrong stuff all the time OR
Focused on only the top performer of the minute OR
Focused on keeping us in the dark OR
Focused on creating a toxic culture OR
Focused on every way possible to screw everyone over OR
Focused on just the exec team OR
Focused on acting like things are good but really everything here really sucks ..like really sucks
Meanwhile we all are FOCUSING on getting the hell out of here. Someone needs to FOCUS on keeping ML in the broom closet.
