They are telling me that recon reps make 100 to 200k. How close is this to the truth?

I have been with integra a few years and I can confirm that some do- but mgtmt splits territories to get more feet on the street when the territory does well ( when a rep leaves or there is turnover in a territory) all part of the growth strategy of double digit growth. Ask to see territory numbers- comp plan can vary depending on products traditionally sold in territory.
