Meeting took place Monday July 20
Semester 2 compensation- all Rheumatology accounts will stay in the district. sales from these accounts will be divided up equally among the district or at managers discretion.
This is the new method of payment going forward.

Only a few managers went to a meeting on Monday, my manager was one of them and this is what she told me.

Based on what I have seen from the S2 plan very few will make any $$$. If you are not happy with the plan now it is NOT going to get better. Start the job hunting.

I'll bite. what have you seen and what do you mean that very few will make $$$? Is it because of goals really high, other metrics, what? Be specific why don't you?

Additional dollar per syringe is a joke anyway. They will just subtract it away fourth quarter like they did in the 2nd quarter from the first quarter comp plan. Very disappointing. I bet our quarterly bonus average is way lower than the rest of the company and we are still in launch mode.

How can we be in launch mode over a year into it?

No way, as hard as I've been working to sell these syringes this quarter, we BETTER not have lay offs! Things are turning around, it's taking more time than they orginally thought but it's happening. I think things should continue to get better with the medicare part D coverage, at least I hope so. Take a look at the latest VP report, things are coming along, slowy but surely!

The comp plan is the most dis-incentivizing plan ever! The high producers don't make jack in the second quarter. Whose stupid idea was it to pay out triple the actual amount per syringe in the first quarter? They should be fired.

Off label promotion is the way to go. Patient come in whith GI problems boom they should get prolia. My dog is on it. Her ass got bigger though. The syringe got stuck up it too. It's very good for that.
