Recent layoffs??



















A hiring freeze on open territories began in March. Some high volume territories might be backfilled. There were layoffs at the beginning of 2015 and then again this past spring.
 






Have there been any recent layoffs of reps at the company? My husband saw a posting for a rep position in the NJ/NY area but I heard they had been laying reps off.
i can't believe a business intelligent person would use this site to gauge quality of a company or culture. This site is full of miserable losers who have no clue how to sell and should just leave, but I guess they can't because they would struggle to find work anywhere that requires a brain

You gotta realize there aren't many options for someone to seek out actual employees. While people here could be lying, cafe pharma is definitely visited by current employees.

Agreed. Exact is very transparent with its employees. There's an open door policy here. Voice your concern to your manager who will forward it up to Diane. I love my job. Yay!

You are on this site. You must be one of the miserable losers who shouldn't be believed. Perhaps you should just leave rather than insulting your coworkers and prospective job candidates. Do you really think your behavior helps elevate the way outsiders view your company?
 












There's a good reason why analysts and investors from Wall Street are calling former reps and asking them why they left.

If outsiders only knew what's really going on inside the company. It's a horrible place to work. These area managers are so demotivating. Many have left and those that remain are looking to leave. It's like doing two jobs. Working and interviewing.

Don't say anything to my manager in Seattle. She will make sure you're on a layoff list. She can't wait to replace everyone with line cooks and vacuum cleaner door to door salesman!

Transparent. Lol. Yeah, still waiting on KC to identify this "top talent" he claims the company attracts. Look at that flywheel spin. Especially after the coin with the 5 core values was mailed out. So Motivating.
