Won't say where I went, but please know that there are still companies out there that treat you like an adult. They empower you and in turn trust you to run your business and they only pay those that move the needle.

You don't have to be told to call on MOHS surgeons 12x a quarter because some ZS algorithm says they are a Very High target and be ridiculed if you point out that they haven't treated psoriasis in a decade.

If you like being treated like a simple minded primary care rep, with Thousand Oaks minions who post, "Dumbass Rep", then you have found your home, but just know other cultures exist beyond, "make the execution report look right."

And drunken RSDs who spend most their time running their slum lord properties don't exist.

Worst company I have ever worked for and most idiotic dumbs**t leadership who no one can respect yet we HAVE TO listen to their dumbshit tactics, metrics, and data shit dump.

The amgen way is to fit a square peg into a round hole. Let’s “revamp” leadership, marketing, and payor access with people who have never been in dermatology or were last in dermatology when ENBREL was a part of their bag. What could possibly go wrong? The ideas are archaic and outdated.

TLLs should be primarily focused on equity groups, good co-pay programs do matter, bridge does matter, lunches/snacks do matter, relevant messaging does matter, FREQUENCY with specific targets matters, and paying people for habits and performance matters.

Things that don’t matter? Calling on VH targets 4 times, closing for the next 3 patients, HIQs, reach and frequency attainment, Otezla commercials during expensive Sunday night football games and forcing people to do busy work so people “know who you are”.

Get off the conference calls, stop wasting money on the million meetings you host and start reinvesting in what matters: an aggressive comp plan, a good bridge program and a well run PAP/co-pay program.

A “good bridge program”? There’s no such thing, dumb rep.

Your response to everything is to blame the rep. Facts are growth fizzled out as soon as Amgen put their clutches on Otezla. The entire effort of the sales team is to juice their ACT3 slides. That's it. Nothing else matters.

9 marketing directors in 5 years. Quick question: does the current director have more than 2 minutes dermatology experience?

This marketing team can't even operationalize PSA as a factor because they don't know how to reach primary research.

Most of senior leadership and marketing leadership likes to quip they have dermatology experience because they sold Enbrel. News flash - you sucked. The data don't care about your feelings. Go look at NBRX and TRX from the day Otezla launched in October 2014 for both Otezla and Enbrel in dermatology. It was a one for one trade off. We knew to go steal your business right away. Every week we took your business until you ran out and abandoned dermatology. FACT. Go look at the data. It's still there. We knew dermatologist and they told us that although they trusted Enbrel, the Amgen reps never showed up. Just sent in food. It was easy pickings. Now you run the show and we wonder why we have no mojo. Doesn't matter anyway, 100% of my efforts are on emoji use, ACT3 fillers, and telling my DM that I love what she, "double clicks" on. Biggest bunch of fakers I've ever seen.

Isn’t Otezla preferred on almost every plan? Looks like the dumb reps couldn’t deliver.

Just ignore that we took all your business in 2014. Every last bit. If it make you feel better. It doesn't matter if Otezla is preferred. We aren't allowed to go sell. We have to spend our time on calls(lots of them), build ACT slides, jumping in pools, meeting planning how to jump in pools, cross functional meetings (because meeting with Bone, ISS, and Cardio is very helpful to ACT, no so much sales), stretching my thumb for emoji madness, and responding to the incredible constructive coaching my DM gives me in coaching guides. Need to respond in 24 hours you know.

You have one skill....managing vendors....actually two with the other being sucking up Thousand Oaks style.

Carry on, you will be mediocre the rest of your career. Have fun poking fun of reps.

Celgene had Humira? I understand your frustration, L4. Your job has the same responsibilities as a 22-year old’s, 18 months after their graduation. Perk up, kiddo. We are here to support you, but not with a promotion, or with anything important that impacts EPS or net profitability, just with bravos and discount codes. We know it hurts to realize that you are useless and so easily disposable, as you idiotically apply for lateral move after lateral move with no plan other than jumping companies to remain a rep. That’s quintessential mediocrity, but you’re too dumb realize it. We purchased you, remember? That means our way of doing business is working. You had better start showing some value. Or when the time comes to infuse more cash into capex, guess which team we will deem expendable first?

Tell me you don't know the dermatology market without telling me. Humira? Ha! They were a formidable competitor. We avoided them and took all your business. If you knew how, via CD&A, you could look it up. Since you don't, just know we took every single thing you had and you left the market crying. Now, back in your huddle room for a TEAMs call cuck.
