received call from a lawyer today

I'm an ex employee (laid off) of Hospira. I received a call from a lawyer saying he is representing Hospira in the securities class action. He said my name was one of 15 names that "possibly may have come up" in regards to the lawsuit. He wanted to know if any investigators had called me to discuss anything and if so what was a summary of that conversation. Took me by surprise... are these guys fishing for something or what? Even though no one has ever contacted me I surely wouldn't have told him!

Hospira doesn't like whistleblowers.

Might want to watch your back and any family members also.
 






I received a call from a law firm not represending Hospira. I will happily post the number and name on here if wanted.

I did not discuss anything with them. My though process; multi billion dollar company (that could be hurt drastically by litigation) with company officials (that could be hurt drastically by litigation) who have cashed out over what 100 million? (not to mention who these guys know). Seeing FUEL unfold over the last few years I absolutely do not trust I or my family would be safe. BUT that is just my honest thought process.
