That's putting it kindly. I'm still getting 6-7 out of 10 cases fail and my new RM's solution is to 'sell more'.

They ask you to do that with no regard for you as the face of the franchise having to eat crow when it does not perform as indicated, sucks.

Because DEVICOR is much bigger than any sales rep. You are asked to sell more to help keep the lights on and pay salaries for everybody behind the scene.

no you are on topic...lots of reps quitting. but its because we suck. it has nothing to do with the products, pay plans and made up growth targets. it's just cause we suck. new RM's should save the day soon.

I love your sarcasm! (as painfully true as it is). Particularly love the new RMs comment. Nothing but 'yes' people who couldn't manage their way out of a paper bag. Not that it's their fault...they have zero experience managing. Poor example set for the sales force. Real problems lie above them. If you're looking at an opportunity here, save yourself the headache and keep looking.
