david letterman’s top reason not to work here:
1. Clinical data is weak
2. Price is too high for this non surgical device
3. Reimbursement issues are a recurring problem
4. Our reimbursement specialist are not team players
5. Our health care coverage for employees sucks
6. Hard to make money here
7. No strong marketing campaign to help sell and marketing director is a tool
8. Lack of coverage for Hymovos
9. Hyalgan is ancient and it’s hard to hit quota
10. Main reason is our national director is weak and has failed too many times with other companies. We don’t have a strong sales strategy for each product. It is to center around price and reimbursement. No value to bring to the practices if hymovis is so high and reimbursement is dreadful.
 












dont forget the racism and stealing of money from reps. Manipulation of data so they don’t have to pay out. Stealing of vacation days. Flat out not paying out bonuses because they can’t afford it.

Oh and the flat out inability for home office to even do their job once you have done all the hard work convincing customers to buy a shitty product that doesn’t work anyways... or have coverage. Good luck with that
 












I’ll never forget when management and HR told another rep their annual salary merit increase was proprietary after giving lower preforming reps higher increases than better performers. Could you be more dumb? It’s called sexism and racism.
