Really That Bad

Considering coming aboard. judging from the posts, sounds like hell here but then again, every company "sucks" according to CP.

So, whats the real deal?

Short term - not bad. You may inherit someone's territory who was doing well. Decent bonuses for a couple of quarters. Long term - company will not make it. Slow sales and not enough $$ to keep the lights on.

Just depends on what stage of life you are at. GL.

Just know this: If you are a performer, then run here! It's great. If you are wanting to cruise with no ownership, then keep looking. This is a "create the need" and "close" company. Drug rocks, but it does not sell itself. Better benefits elsewhere, but salary helps to offset some. Bonuses are really geared to growth. Higher than avg bonuses vs normal Pharma. Company trend is getting better long term.

GL with decision.

Again, posted on California time. Nice try Randy! To the original poster, please save yourself a lot of stress and find a different company to work for as this company won't be around much longer.

Try and candidly speak with current sales reps and physicians that would be in your territory. I say dont entertain this job and find a company with much better security and benefits.
