Really? Insulting intervew

Why do these ERM's not find something better to do than think of questions in Star format.. that make NO DIFFERENCE to the job at hand. Ridiculous questions. I have been in several star interviews, and at least the questions asked in the past made SOME sense. This ERM today obviously is self important. I was insulted about my previous awards (yes had the statues) why I was not "outstanding" on my review instead of "exceeds expectations"... having me detail a drug..(begins with an F... ends with a T>) without any PI or detail aid... just off the cuff. Well would I do that in the REAL WORLD? I did it and quite well..considering... but really? I guess they think we all are desperate for jobs that instead of courting a candidate they act like I should be glad I was interviewed. Theyve had trouble finding a good candidate (in this economy!) I guess I can guess why. I guess these managers should also know that they have to sell themselves to us. they asked me to move on already... I guess I passed... lucky me... !! also lucky for me.. I have a job and this was just to see if I may want to do it... is this a normal thing at Inventiv or did I just get a bad interviewer?
