To the reps in our region that kept their jobs, while good reps were displaced,
I certainly hope you take the wake up call and take better care of your offices. I'm tired of throwing away expired vouchers from 2011, and samples that are not rotated and have expired voucher cards in them as well.... You know who you are!!!

Well, I'm laid-off and I am sick of still getting calls from my old offices needing coupons and samples. Seriously...January 15th and I'm still getting calls for high-mid rank docs. It has to be 1 of 3 reps not working. Nice move Shire...nice move!!

The fact is the new territories are very large. Several addresses are not accurate (thanks to your failure to scrub your accounts) and targets that may have been high to mid range to you are now near the bottom due to the merger of a few areas. So yes, it takes awhile to get to everyone. Not to mention several offices and reps were still on vacation the first part of the month.

Maybe if you would have trained your offices to not rely on coupons and vouchers you would still be here.

With the lack of coupons Shire provided if any office didn't use coupons then they didn't get coupons!!! I let the old stuff sit there for good measure & at least visibility....why waste leaving coupons when you are in short supply for an office that obviously doesn't use them?
