REALITY

So let's just put a stop to all the other posts and make it simple. Everyone here is happy to be collecting a paycheck. It is better than being unemployed, and pharma sales is still a decent industry to be in. That being said, there is a lot that goes on at this company that doesn't make sense and hinders the reps ability to truly run their territories and grow business. This interferes with putting money in the REPS pockets, the DMs pockets, the RDs pockets and the COMPANY pocket. That is why everyone is so upset. It's not the micromanagement itself - although the fact that upper management seem to not trust us is really deflating and annoying - it's when it affects the amount of $ going in my pocket at the end of each quarter that it makes it not worth it. I think everyone has their resume out. I will do the best I can, given the constraints, for this company as long as I am employed here which is what I think the majority of reps will do. But as soon as anything else comes along I am out of here. And I am sure that the company really doesn't care about turnover and who leaves. It's just the reality of it. Sucks, but that's life. I don't expect much more from Strativa than a good old "don't let the door hit you on the ass" on the way out and I doubt anyone else expects much more, either.

PL is the one who should be fired for incompetence. PL was brought in to build Strativa and sell Par. He has failed at both but being chairman of the board he has managed to give himself (with approval of the compensation committee) considerable pay raises and bonuses every year while screwing the majority of the workforce. Par's executive mgmnt team keeps telling PL how great everything is and how happy the employees are. Even the operators in SV are sick of the current leadership lining their own pockets at the expense of everyone else. PL could leave tomorrow and no one would notice. Par would be a much better place.

Yep this is all correct. I'm just gonna keep visiting the dr's close to my home and fake the sigs for the rest like i've been doing.

You're gonna visit me? Or you're gonna be there too? Either way they can't trace it....it's my word against theirs. I handed my computer to the receptionist cuz it HAD to be signed....don't know who handled it after that.

I won't be there that's for sure, I follow the rules. Policy is you must witness the signature from the doc. Have some integrity you moron. For the record fraudulently signing for samples is a more serious offense. Did you go to medical school? Are you a licensed practitioner authorized by the federal government to dispense medication? I think not. Lack of integrity=thief=you will soon be someone's bitch. Bring lots of KY and enjoy the ride!

I am in BH's region and I have been faking almost every sig for 5 years. I work tues and thursd. 10-2 every week. I have a standing golf time on M-W-F. Don't beleive heir bullshit if I can't get caught you will not get caught. Once you sign for samples just put them in the trash. F-U Brad boy and catch me if you can!

Hahaha cuz there's just so many former pharma reps in prison with worn down poop shooters....that's just a scare tactic from home office. I will continue to fake the sigs one the first and last call. 10-2 baby!! Unless my idiot manager is with me then I have to get them while he teaches me how to sell off label.

I would be worried. If you have been there for five years then they can narrow it down to 2 people since nobody stays.
