So let's just put a stop to all the other posts and make it simple. Everyone here is happy to be collecting a paycheck. It is better than being unemployed, and pharma sales is still a decent industry to be in. That being said, there is a lot that goes on at this company that doesn't make sense and hinders the reps ability to truly run their territories and grow business. This interferes with putting money in the REPS pockets, the DMs pockets, the RDs pockets and the COMPANY pocket. That is why everyone is so upset. It's not the micromanagement itself - although the fact that upper management seem to not trust us is really deflating and annoying - it's when it affects the amount of $ going in my pocket at the end of each quarter that it makes it not worth it. I think everyone has their resume out. I will do the best I can, given the constraints, for this company as long as I am employed here which is what I think the majority of reps will do. But as soon as anything else comes along I am out of here. And I am sure that the company really doesn't care about turnover and who leaves. It's just the reality of it. Sucks, but that's life. I don't expect much more from Strativa than a good old "don't let the door hit you on the ass" on the way out and I doubt anyone else expects much more, either.
