REALISTIC earning potential

Hi All-

I am a new BARD employee and I am curious to what the realistic income potential is for the device world? My division sells to Vascular therapy.

I am told $150+, but most reps are struggling to make it to plan. Is this just an off year or is this market getting tapped out? Also, what would you estimate the 5 year average income in this industry?

depends on the territory, most first year will be between 110 and 130, second year on will be above that, top 20% are pushing 200K.

My first three years at Bard were:

145K
275L
160k

u will Always hear on here that it does; but that comes from the bottom dwellers. its prior ytd plus quota..........for Everyone.

The question to ask is how saturated is the territory. How much opportunity determines how much money you will make. If you have all the business it's tough to grow the territory.
