Realistic bonus?

I haven't made anything over 2,000 a quarter. I've been here 1.5 years.
As far as the claw back goes in the incentive plan in states they can go back up to 12 months and take back any bonus amount they want to for any reason due to financials or poor reviews or work performance. Its a disciplinary tool they can use just like the numerous PIPs they have handed out. FYI if you are on a PIP you are no longer eligible for any bonus , awards, or a raise.
It's just such a great place to work. We work under penalty of threats and fear!

Us investors say Leave!! You are the want and waste we think of when we hear “sales rep.” Publicly bashing your company is a real disgusting way to try to hurt business outcomes. You should be ashamed.
 
































I haven’t made less than 14K for any bonus. It is highly dependent on your territory & where you live. And this year, highly dependent on which segment you are in. If you are filling a role where someone was let go….youve got a good chance of being in a low segment- and therefore being successful

I work in lab diagnostics. I make more than that in bonus per quarter. You should really check out lab sales. I used to work in pharma and slaved away for that 5000 per quarter bonus. In lab sales youre customers will actually see and talk to you.

If you are in diagnostics, you are in the bottom left corner of the garbage bag in this industry. But, keep telling yourself you're great in the mirror.
