Realignments?

What is going on? I am hearing many rumors about districts being realigned and some reps being let go. Should I start looking to get out before I get axed? Real opinions please.

Probably depends on the districts. Don't be a coward, ask your boss straight up what the deal is.

No- it probably depends more on how bad your numbers have been. that's my experience here going back 5 plus years. if you can't hit numbers you may be "realigned" out. just look at the scoreboard-you know how you compare with others. if you are scared there is probably a reason, and maybe it is because you just aren't a good rep or a good fit here. blaming quotas, bosses, doctors and economy gets old and is weak as hell. look in the mirror every once in a while and judge yourself right. and yeh sack up and ask your boss or regional mgr like a grownup if you are that scared.

Everytime I go to the Cytyc board I am so glad that they never moved me forward during my interview process. I really wanted a job there but man am I glad now.

You are full of it, this company isn't horrible but it is far from good. And Steve W. is a worthless cow. Lol.

Ya, this place is great. Work 3 times as hard for 1/3 the pay. Reps. are dropping like flies and those that remain are looking. Trying to blame their $20 mil. flop on the reps. Adiana? You'd be better off trying to superglue your tubes shut than rely on this POS. "Things will be better next quarter..." - been hearing that one for about 8 quarters now but just keeps getting worse.

I agree with all this except for Adiana, I've never had an issue with it. As far as the 20mil for direct to consumer, FLOP!! and all the reps are paying for it. Very unfortunate because the potential in this company is solid. Look at the qtd and how many people are trending below getting paid.....oh thats right, they don't let us see everyones ptq anymore.... I'm not giving up yet but I have never worked so hard to make so much less as other years and it sucks!
