Realignments are coming!!!

Consultants say realign.....Astellas makes meaningless moves under new configuration. At the end of the day nothing really changes. Have any of these realignments ever been beneficial? Who knows, maybe it's one of those look to your left, look to your right. May be time to look elsewhere before the decision is made for you.

Primary Care expansion!

Yes indeed! I think it would really be the best fit for our customer roadmap and truely provide the marketplace with the big opportunity to have not 2 but 3 PCP reps calling on each PCP office selling Myrbetriq. If the docs were only educated enough they would screen and treat OAB!! PCP Red and Gray are gone April 1. Merging them to have one rep per territory getting rid of 25% which will create PCP BROWN!!!

Been discussed/rumored for a long time. Only makes sense. Generic DLA=death of Vesicare. Remember what happened to TriCare biz when formulary changed in May? Except this time it will be on a massive scale. Myrbetriq doesn't generate enough revenue to keep status quo.

Um tricare bounced back. Not to the same level but certainly not dead or even half dead. Hmmm.
