Nice guy, great drinking buddy, but nothing else when it came to work, executing and leading. Was just another executive collecting a nice paycheck all the while being worthless, but was a very nice guy and awesome person to go drinking with.

Easy on the guy. I admit, he never seemed to know anything or make a decision. Always appeared outside his league, but he was also respectful and polite.
