I am honestly completely frustrated with the goaling at this company. At what point will the goals flatten out? Are they trying to get us to quit? WTF? I am sick of banging my head against the wall.
 






As A Sales person - when you realize your goals are out of reach with no chance in hell of hitting them - what is your motivation to work??? My goals have continued to skyrocket while looking at other members of my district that have easily attainable goals.
 












lets face it. There are no opportunities. You should be grateful for the job you have that someone more deserving should have. You will work this job and love it, because the real loser you are will never get paid what you are paid for the nothingness you actually contribute. because you have no real skills to speak of and if you say 14 yrs experience. you are saying that you have done nothing but sit on your ass and complain for 14 yrs. You aren't even a sales person so give me a break and stop the complaining. Lots of people would be happy to have your job and if your company is sold I am sure they will need positive motivated SALES people but since that wont include you, do us all a favor and hit the pavement now!

Funny, this sounds exactly like the last Covidien Pharma Motivational Speaker they had at the last NSM. Hope this one doesnt have plans to breed.
