If you get a severance package, read the fine print. It states that if you agree to the terms, you can't sue AstraZeneca EVER and you also could be called to testify on their behalf. Just watch your backs!
It is an unenforceable clause. Force majeure in Latin. Sign it. Take the money and run. Then come back and sue if you have anything. Which is doubtful. DSM was mean, unfair. played favorites? Long fcuking line.
My DSM was mean to me put me on a PIP and fired me for just low sales numbers. Can I sue?
