If you get a severance package, read the fine print. It states that if you agree to the terms, you can't sue AstraZeneca EVER and you also could be called to testify on their behalf. Just watch your backs!

I AM SO TIRED OF YOU NEGATIVE FEAR MONGERERS. GO BACK TO WORK AND DO WHAT YOU ARE PAID TO DO AND STOP UPSETTING EVERYONE. FYI MOST COMPANIES ASK IF YOU HAVE SUED YOUR EMPLOYER AND GUESS WHAT IF YOU SAY YES YOU WON'T GET HIRED!

It is an unenforceable clause. Force majeure in Latin. Sign it. Take the money and run. Then come back and sue if you have anything. Which is doubtful. DSM was mean, unfair. played favorites? Long fcuking line.

My DSM was mean to me put me on a PIP and fired me for just low sales numbers. Can I sue?
