Huge reorg around the corner. Recent stock dip has investors scared of profitability so they’re already looking to reduce headcount. Not an if, but a when. Usually around thanksgiving so they can “look” profitable by Q1.

Yes indeed rumor is true. Don’t have to worry about Pfizer folks as I tried jumping over there to escape my manger that I think graduated 6 years ago and is clueless about connecting with people. I was told to sit tight as they have been told Pfizer is restructuring as well in Q4. That time of year I guess. KC and EC would sell family members if it made ES profitable and enhanced their net worth. Just be prepared. There are jobs out there but going to get more challenging with the government wanting to negotiate drug prices. Good luck to all.

People are let go around the holidays at Exact every year. Theyhired Boston Consulting Group to evaluate months ago. There will be a reorg, but when and will roles be eliminated? And will they do it before or after the earnings release on November 1. They have already cleaned out CET, and Analytics. Will Marketing and Commercial operations be next? Has anyone heard if sales will be impacted with this round?

Hopefully KC takes this opportunity to clean up the culture killers EC and The Pinto Bean. Time to man up KC and acknowledge your mistakes. Change always happens in Q4 so companies can recognize costs on the financials and get the most out of people for the year. We will know shortly. Just be prepared. Still plenty of jobs out there but always best to be proactive. Will not be as easy as selling a great product like CG. That’s the down side.

Yup, it apparently takes 5 years or more to compile and modify already existing data on an old product? I think a big shake-up is about to happen with the sales force, that’s the rumor.
