Does anyone know how this merger will happen? Will we need to Re-Interview for our current positions or be automatically rolled into new company? Any insight of what to expect would be appreciates.

Actavis rep here. What happened with the FRX and Actavis merger is we started receiving corporate updates on various departments being consolidated approximately 2 months before field sales was realigned.

Regarding field sales, in the month of August, they notified the Area Directors what their new assignments were 1-2 weeks prior to field sales. The week of field sales, they told the DMs to stay home on a Tuesday for their new assignment and the next day, Wednesday, field sales was to stay home to wait for their phone calls.

For field sales, our new manager was to call us. There was no interviewing of any sort and while some kept similar territories to what they had prior, many were dumped into new divisions and/or territories they do not live in.

Good luck and I really hope they let all of you Allergan reps continue as you have and leave your divisions alone. FRX was the worst thing that ever happened to Actavis.

And until then, make sure you use all of your Allergan benefits to the max! 2015 they've stripped of of any possible benefit that makes working here somewhat justifiable....I mean, $10/month allotment for car washes.

you dont know that and furthermore just because something happened in the past doesnt mean it will be the same this time...anyone thinking they have some inside info or can predict is just guessing
