what's up with all the replacement postings on the career page?

People jumping ship, and where are they going? I'm stuck for now because of the sign-on bonus payback agreement, by the way Does Eisai ever enforce those?

Its hard to leave here when you only have to show up and work 15 hours...

Leave if you want to. Companies try to collect on those, but rarely push hard. If you tell them to f off when asked for the money back they will do the calculus and realize they'll end up pending much more in legal fees than if they let it drop.
