RDX suspended from NJ Medicaid, under federal investigation for AKS violations in Texas and owner (EL) under indictment for sabotage of competitor's equipment using a USB kill stick. What the hell is going on with this lab?
 
Rumor is RDX trying to swing deals with NY labs that have in network contracts to stay solvent. NJ Medicaid suspension devastated RDX. Worried other State Medicaid will suspend too. Time is ticking until this place implodes!

Heard he is doing a deal with Hasidic Urgent Care company that owns a lab.
 
How is this lab even allowed to be licensed in NY and enrolled in NY Medicaid? They should be thrown out of Medicare and Medicaid! EL & RDX should be in jail and closed respectively!
 
Do you hear that? It is the DOJ. Run from this lab. They were sold to Xeron, but EL still a huge part of lab. Xeron was getting shut down in NY so they are now running to NJ. The plot thickens!

Leykin now works for Xeron even though he can't. He is suspended from NJ Medicaid and according to
SECTION 6032 OF THE FEDERAL DEFICIT REDUCTION ACT OF 2005, 42 U.S.C. §1396a(a)(68) he is not allowed to work at a Medicare or Medicaid enrolled lab until the suspension is lifted. I hope someone reports Xeron to NY Medicaid and NJ DOH. See attachment page 59 (Leykin) & 84 (RDX/Xeron)

Xeron was reported to NJ & NY Medicaid for hiring EL as a consultant. If suspended from Medicaid you can't work in any capacity for a Medicare or Medicaid provider until suspension lifted. EL keeps telling people he was cleared of Lab Sabotage issue, but he was actually indicted (see link above). Instead of disparaging other companies, get your own house in order!
