RD cheerleaders! crap comp plan

Maybe at the next NSM. PS, MR and KC can get the RD’s some cheerleading outfits and Pom poms. They can do a show on stage. The RD’s are pathetic. I think it has been said before on this site, when the RD’s cheer about a comp plan and when it takes this long to launch it ...it will suck!!! Let me add something else, when there are tiers in a plan it is meant to screw the “field forth”... that one is for you PS... Once again the adult side gets screwed with Mydayis and the Peds.. all they need is 100% to hit $10k. Let’s keep paying big $ to the Peds for continuing to lose rx’s And share! Yes that makes total sense. PS, MR & KC scrap the cagr for this... wow think they are too smart... how is this plan different? The expected growth to hit bonus is way above the current national trajectory of Mydayis.... they don’t expect many to achieve it hence the high target bonus.
 












It has gotten to the point that it's not even worth complaining about anymore. This company is not going to pay us. It would be best to recognize that there is no incentive to keep reps happy and we don't have much leverage at this point. It is obvious that they would like to thin the herd. Instead of wasting your emotions on complaining, it would be better to have a plan of finding another job. The economy is booming right now and there are some good opportunities out there. Agreed. There have been more comp plan modifications (hence why they are always delayed) that No one cares because this organization has become a joke and an embarrassment as it is obvious MR and KC have no idea what they are doing. The RDs are just responding to orders for fear they will lose their severance as most have been here since the beginning. Just ride the wave above the red line as it got to the point that no one respects leadership anymore.
