RD Check-Ins













I just interviewed recently and all this stuff on CP has me concerned. Are the RDs really overbearing and micromanaging? If so I'm not sure this company is the right fit for me.

Well if you want to have to call your RD everyday, sometimes twice, then you won't be happy. Then if you want to beratted for not making enough calls, even though you busted your ass that day, you won't be happy. I came from Enterprise and it wasn't like that at all. They look for a certain hiring profile for a reason, they think they can control this profile easier. So if you want overbearing and micromanaging then come join us!
