Yeah because that's what Astellas is going to do during a launch phase of a new product. Maybe for the Primary Care sales force, that would make perfect sense, they could get rid of probably 25% of those morons and not blink an eye. It makes no sense having the 2 PCP sales forces. They aren't going to touch Onc, hospital or specialty.
 






Why not specialty? They have the exact same products and cover the same docs as the PCP force so they are all in the same boat. In fact, why do we need a specialty sales force they are not doing anything or selling anything different or to anyone different than PCP. So they will be thrown in the same funnel. Wait and see.

Do you actually work for Astellas or are you just some weirdo who goes on other companies boards to provide your special insight? Specialty sells Protopic to derms, which is selling something different to someone different. THe PCPs don't know jack about this product or this specialty. Now go somewhere else and comment on things you actually know something about!

It is completely wasteful and moronic to have 2 PCP reps both calling on the same PCP for overactive bladder meds. That whole gray/red team set up makes no sense at all. I guess that's what happens when you end up with all of J&J's old trash I mean leadership teams to rubber stamp this shit and waste alot of company money!
