RBD, DBM bias written all over this $hit $how

Will anyone sue? How they were able to pull this off is beyond comprehension. DIBL gets displaced but is able to have his biased crappy hands all over the destruction of the central area that he was a part of. Then DBM’s rate with complete prejudice. How how how??? Seems like it’s the same story all over the country. Yet the white boy club seems to think they were destroyed. There was age discrimination, there was race discrimination, it’s so obvious what they did? How are they not going to get in trouble?

As a hiring manager I was basically forced to hire dark skin and female- straight racism and sexism, but because of the direction they were pushing “it’s ok”
Maybe you need to see how many dark skin females were let go but they weren’t “blackface”. So fair game. What a sham this whole thing was. Novo hope Lilly trounces your ass with their new combo and hopefully they hire Novo displaced people in the same geographic areas. They deserve every bit of the ugliness that comes their way.

How we haven't formed a class action lawsuit from the so called 'lay off' is beyond me. So far from I have seen, this was a "firing" in sheeps clothing. How the DBMs where able to 'subjectively' rank their employees was pathetic! I watched some of the best get the axe... It was gross to say the least. I am still standing but will take the next job I can to get out of here. To my fellow Novo reps that were let go, this had nothing to do with you OR your performance. This was all about the DBM's and RBD's and who they wanted to get rid of. I am SHOCKED that in this day and age a company like NOVO would allow this to happen. Shame on you.

You CAN form a class action lawsuit or sue individually. You CAN’T take severance and do so. Your acceptance of severance comes with the agreement that you will not sue. That’s the only reason companies give severance. So, if you’re willing to give up the money, have at it.

You can collectively get together and contact a class action attorney prior to signing your agreement. This should definitely be done as it does appear wrong doing occurred. Many folks let go were consistently good performers, have been with the company over 10 years and we’re getting close to cashing in on the retirement medical fund. Doesn’t hurt to explore before signing documents. Others have filed class action suits and won. It’s more beneficial to fight their wrong doing as a tram vs individually.
