Now that's some funny shit. Arkansas just gave John L. some foot action out the back door and now rumor has it that the Razorbacks just floated a $28M five year deal to Les Miles. heh. There's no honor among thieves in the SEC, is there? I thought those folks down South still had some old fashioned character. Shit, they're just as unsavory and conniving as the Northerners. That alleged offer would make Miles the highest paid coach in the SEC, even more than Saban! Let's see if he runs to the highest bidder and raises his middle finger at LSU. College football is turning into a glorified house of prostitution. WTF ever happened to team loyalty?

Les is not going to Arkansas. He's way too smart for that. LSU is a far better program. He will just use this situation to leverage a pay increase from LSU. Can't blame him, I'd do the very same.

Arkansas has that Walmart money. Some folks are saying that they might increase Miles salary and he will be paid $6 Million a year.
I agree with Libs I would much rather live in Fayetteville as well. It is a very pretty town. Louisiana is kind of a shit hole place to live. Fun place to visit but about half the State is below sea-level.
I don't think Miles will go to Arkansas and I cannot even believe he is interested in going there. It is much easier to recruit in Louisiana than in Arkansas. Arkansas competes with Louisiana and Texas for some of the best recruits from those states.

That would be like Oregon State making one of those offers you can't refuse to Oregon's Chip Kelly to come over to the Oregon State's football program. Have any of you ever heard of any team trying to buy off a coach from another team in the same conference before the damn season was even over??? heh. Now that's what I'm talking about. heh. Shit, that's classless!

Did you ever consider that this was a plan by Les Mile's agent to negotiate a new contract for him? Les officially turned down the Arkansas offer today and guess what, LSU offered him more money and contract extension. I am not saying it's right but this whole deal was contrived by his Agent.
