How has Boston scientific performed since Ray was at the helm and left? Overheard an interesting conversation that pinned much of the mess Boston is currently in on his tenure. Sounded like he made some very poor decisions with long term effects. Something about an investigation and firing of peoPle that immediately resulted in multimillion dollar sales declines. Firee's took business straight to the competition and the bleeding still hasn't stopped. Give me more, I have a paper to write and sounds like I have found my case study. And it ends that Ray is somewhere in his vacation house. Help me with that.

Palm Springs, Scottsdale and Siesta Key are riddled with washed up executives who rode golden parachutes into oblivion with no personal financial concerns, but left behind failed mergers and re-orgs that hurt their previous company.
