Which DM's should be retained? Who should they kick to the curb?

Retained? What planet are you living on? Who would want to be retained? What you are asking is, what officers are privileged enough to be asked to stay with the captain on board until help arrives for the sinking Titanic. Base-less bravado. Find a boat, this ship is going down, only question now is do you want to wait for help as the captain has promised and eventually plunge into the freezing water, or do you want to say screw the captain and make your own escape route while the waters are still a bit away?

Most DM's are wonderful and a pleasure to work with. I have had wonderful ones who have either moved on to other positions or left the company unfortunately. Those DM's assisted you, had your best interest for you, and cared about your development as well as your career and happiness at DSI. I know we have a lot of great ones left and hope Friday keeps the good ones we want to work for/ with!
