The company is absolutely the worse. leadership is clueless. Now they are requiring 6 calls a day and the stupid Olympics and the unrealistic goals for Iqrvo. Worse decision to join this company.
 










































They hired people based on their talent, and now they are going to piss all that away by going the Big Pharma way with a drug that is in Rare Disease. I have seen this stupid play book all too many times, the hire ups came from that kind of background and they don't have a clue on what they are doing... They are check box company, we need 6 calls a day, then give you a Tesla that you have to charge 2-3 times a day and still make your six calls, logistically impossible in most territories unless your doing a lunch daily. Come Nov, mass exodus will happen... This is your typical here is a job, they paint you a great picture about culture etc.. and then they don't follow through with any of it. Managers need to be in the field 3 times a week, what a bunch of woke BS....
