Why was he the top earning HR exec in the country in 2010? 4.8 Million salary equaled 10% of the company's earnings, while Dendreon was spending 100's of millions more on launch. Apparently it pays well to screw over and demoralize all the employees with no stock and cheap insurance/benefits. He bold-faced lied at the town hall meeting and said stock grants and options were based on performance. Well they were based on title. Sorry, only for directors like himself. Look at the company's performance now.
