Randy is the worst manager I have ever had. A complete arrogant, narrow minded, idiotic tool.

I agree. He thinks he is gods gift to atherotech. He's rude, does not care to meet anyone outside of his ridiculous peer group, no one respects or likes him, including my RD and from what I can tell most of the RDs. No one likes a pompas ass know it all. He has no idea how to interact with any of his peers and colleagues in this company
 






This is not necessary. Randy works very hard and has been dedicated to this company and his colleagues for years. Enough of this bashing on this site. I think he's a great guy and always trying to better himself. If you don't care for him, keep it to yourself.

Nope….I think everyone needs to know about all of these TOOLS! They are all cut from the same mold. He is no better than that pathetic little ass Steven King. Apparently being a Tool is a requirement to be a manager. So…..the long and short of it all is that we will continue to bring this crap to the attention of Atherotech thru any means necessary.
 






Great guy, colleague, RD, and friend. If you have an issue with him, then talk to him. Why bring your business on here for everyone to see? I am sure by posting negative things about him makes you feel better about yourself. It's pretty obvious who started this thread. Tool...who says that??

Well then let's re-phrase this. He is pompous & arrogant. And no, saying this does not make myself feel any better. It is an avenue to vent, as once you even discuss one bit with these managers, you can kiss your job goodbye. The good thing is, the Board looks at these posts (Pretty Obvious), and they start looking into matters. It is no secret that management at the RSD level is pretty pathetic.
