Randy is good, if they let him do the job. The real problem is Richard Reynolds, who is agraphic designer promoted about 5 levels above his skill level. Sandra was a disaster and a puppet, and needed to go. She brought no value. Todd was made out as the scapegoat for Thunderbeat not meeting Tokyo's inflated expectations. Todd is a great loss. Richard spends his time designing t shirts and skits for the national sales meeting, and bullying people he does not like. He is a bully that has no soul. Nacho should get rid of Richard and hold everyone else accountable for a change. Otherwise, it will be more of the same and another reorganization in 2 more years.
