Finally Randy Clark is gone. Singlehandedly ruined the company for all the reps with his micromanaging and lack of focus on sales. Drove out top reps from all divisions by not wanting to pay them. So do we have a chance to get Olympus back to how it was and focus on selling and making some money?

What’s going on at Olympus these days? Some GREAT people are GONE.
 






Welp this is like opening a healed wound. Randy was responsible for hiring one of the worst
leadership teams in history. Energy has been a falling star ever since the great team of SLOPPY and CORKY left (FIRED) the company. That was the start of the downfall of a once proud and engaged sales force
Sean Moore and Ryan Freedman were an embarrassment to all of us at Olympus. They were hired under Randys leadership which is direct reflection of his lack of leadership. Energy had a chance several years ago to take share but because of Energy leadership you created enemies within and all rules of working as a team with other divisions was dead.
 






Yeah these 2 were very special ! They have been gone for several years now. The damage that Freedman did in the Alabama and Tennessee markets still lingers in all divisions. He was and is a POS. Karma will always get you back CUZ. EAGLE (CORKY) head please tell us how your mental and physical health is ?
