the rep asked how things were going these days at Takeda.Couldn't lie,so mentioned the low moral that continues to pervade within the company.Rep laughed and said not surprised.This rep was one of the many good ones that was screwed,and downsized.Luckily has found another good job and is doing well.Yes folks,there is life after Takeda,a much,much better one at that.
 








I think the biggest problem here is that we never were able to merge the two company cultures when the merger occured. That combined with the total lack of accountability allows the Takeda legacy people to skate and do nothing more than back stab and plot how to make tap legacy people look bad.

In general, when the heat gets turned up the tappers rise to the occasion and the takeda legacy people sabatoge and blame. You'd think they are all Obama administration officials!
