That's the average from what I heard. Remember....zero sum game. If someone gets 6% that means someone may get 2% or it may be spread among others so to be close to 4% but slightly below. All about MRP. You at or above 100% MRP, likely "pay adjustment" will be small. If way above MRP, you may not get anything.

Very few close to 120%. If so, expect a very small increase or none at all. Word is there are lots of peeps below 90%, many below 80%. That will be where most of the pay "equity" increases will go.

Same. CVRM got leveled, all the different pay scales merged into one. Those that were once on the renal hospital side won’t be seeing proper increases for a very long time. Thank you, AZ, for changing my title, job description, and pay grade in an instant. I’ll be sure to adjust my Workday goals accordingly.
Since we are (clearly) not only dispensable but also not even worth the national inflation rate.
