please tell Mila to get the marbles out of her mouth. I cant undrstand her and she gets all the reporting and number wrong for our meetings and throws off our credibilty. We hope Ken sees that to. She is Useless!
 


















Company is a joke. Starting with “leadership.” Pain franchise will be obsolete and this leading by fear mentality is ridiculous. AL is a moron who couldn’t sell a thing to save his life.
 












strange when AIP is so much and raises are so little; from a long term perspective the company has to think about aligning the two. Also why is that low performing field staff get low bonuses and low raises ( which I agree with ) but low performing home office staff get High AIP and average raises. You wont get rid of people if you keep paying them off. Lets get a better merit bases system for AIP.
