Rahway Merck Site

What about the Rahway Merck Site? There's a lot of empty bldgs, and empty offices there. It's like a ghost town. Are they going to move all of Research to the Kenilworth site now?
Merck has too much on their plate. They've acquired Schering with their sites, plus Organon and its sites. They're going to have to do a lot of consolidating in the next couple of years.

Also what about West Point? Haven't heard anything about that site yet?

Legacy Schering rep here. Don't know about West Point, but think Whitehouse Station is somewhat of a ghost town too! Way too many unoccupied cubicles. The Kenilworth site was always fully utilized; can't say there was any waste there in terms of buildings, offices. Merck's a strange bird...

Can see keeping West Point. Near universities, roads around it just expanded, Philly airport to expand. Whitehouse Station? Just can't see keeping the donut.
