Racist Spectrum - Indian and Chinese only

This company is full of racism. I've been reading all alone and could not believe. Recently I went to their orange county irvine office and receptionist/front office misbehaved first and then said sorry. Later, I asked for the person who have called me and she lied he was not there. In a moment later I saw him cutting corners and hiding from me. Why call someone if you don't wana meet

Before leaving in frustration and never to come back I realized that this office is full of indians who downplay their vendors all the time. I am so frustrated now that I even offered my help to them at first place. Beware all vendors..you won't get your payments on time...you should be an Indian to get preference.

I can understand your frustration. We are working here and dislike Raj to hell but OC doesn't have many Pharma companies And that is another reason Raj is able to abuse this.

He only hires Indian and Chinese origin workers b'coz he can't manage real white aamericans

I heard Raj is still messing up with safety and getting it done through incapable people through India. He also fired few more white folks and brought more indian and chinese descent people in spectrum.

Go to the Irvine office and you won't find anyone except Indians and Asians. CEO needs to understand Local Americans don't bite and they are far better than what he has right now. Why is this company so racist against White Americans.
Look at their major VPs. They are all Indian and only Indians are able to stay longer here. This company doesn't seems to be an equal opportunity employer.

I am the only white American working in safety & pharmacovigilance. Most of them are either Indian or Asian decent and some Indians are logging cases from India too. Safety is the worse department in spectrum. It's all messed up and CEO is reluctant to hire a good VP Safety & Pharmacovigilance due to fear. On relentless hours of safety reconciliations I found that biometric and DM done from India is pathetic and instead of outsourcing we need to replace whole team. Both leaders are pathetic.

I heard these guys are so afraid now that they an't even talking to doctors. Brent Rocks - VP projects and Joe's puppet is managing evrything. He is the one who wrote the story of POZIOTINIB and Lung Cancer with an MD Anderson doctor. I don't understand what these Indians are doing and why Brent is supporting them on all these crazy tasks. I am thinking on resigninh soon my bonus and concur clears up.
