RA Sales Position in Midwest?

I'm looking around at some different gigs in specialty pharma sales right now. However, with a small pharma company currently and not sure if I want to sacrifice decent job security for an upgrade in title/compensation etc. going to big pharma. Can someone shed some light on how things are going right now with this division (i.e. Actemra/Rituxan sales and new competition, coverage, stable management etc.)
