That will move the numbers and get our brilliant VPs and RBDs and yes men abms promoted.
 






At some point new talent must be developed. Unfortunately the Janssen Pharma people thought they were in the development process. It may have been more beneficial to work at Avis opposed to building relationships with the medical community.

At this point all management cares about are the numbers. Two numbers in fact. Number one is your years of sales experience and number two is your age. Janssen Pharma out...
